Technology

Proprietary systems.
Measured performance.

Engineering developed, tested and refined inside the Ranieri shipyard over decades. Vertex applies this intelligence through advanced composite construction and four core platform technologies.

01 Vertex Carbon Composite

Every Vertex hull is built
in carbon composite.

Structural platform: E-Glass architecture with carbon reinforcement placed exactly where load, rigidity and torsional strength demand it — laminated in controlled conditions at the Soverato shipyard.

  • E-Glass + carbon reinforcement — composite stratification engineered per structural zone
  • Load-path optimisation — carbon applied under stress, not for appearance
  • Controlled lamination — temperature- and humidity-managed production environment
  • Structural precision at speed — rigidity preserved for composed, confident handling

Fully-Developed
Cockpit System

Deck, cabin sole, technical compartments and lockers — moulded as one integrated monocoque structure.

  • Integrated lamination eliminates adhesives between major elements
  • Reduced noise, vibration and structural weight
  • Deck finished at mould extraction — precision and speed

03 Exclusive assembly

Cockpit Shock
Absorber

Elastic absorption elements between hull and deck — integral yet responsive to wave motion.

  • Controlled flexibility under load for superior ride comfort
  • Attenuates wave-induced stresses and hull-deck resonance
  • Meaningfully quieter navigation at every speed

04 Ventilated hull

Hull Innovative
System

Optimised under-hull airflow and uniform pressure distribution — superior stability at sustained speeds.

  • Further drag reduction · neutral trim
  • Performance, comfort and safety — without compromise

LAM

Controlled lamination

Climate-controlled environment for complex hull and monocoque forms.

SYS

Systems in-house

Electrical, hydraulic and fuel — exceeding EU 2013/53/EU standards.

CNC

Precision industry

CNC milling, closed-loop production, photovoltaic energy.

QC

Invisible detail

Anti-osmosis, grounding, galvanic protection — durability built in.
